Shaken InfusedToasted Coconut Vodka
Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C. Spread coconut evenly on a baking sheet and toast until golden brown, stirring every few minutes. Add cooled coconut to a container, cover with Broken Shed Vodka and let sit for 24 hours. Strain through a cheese cloth, making sure to squeeze out as much of the liquid as humanly possible.
Gently muddle the cardamom pod in a shaker. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. No garnish.
