- 2 oz toasted coconut-infused Broken Shed Vodka (recipe follows)
- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 1 cardamom pod
Toasted Coconut Vodka
- 125 g unsweetened shredded coconut
- 250 ml Broken Shed Vodka
Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C. Spread coconut evenly on a baking sheet and toast until golden brown, stirring every few minutes. Add cooled coconut to a container, cover with Broken Shed Vodka and let sit for 24 hours. Strain through a cheese cloth, making sure to squeeze out as much of the liquid as humanly possible.
