Yep, you read that right; we've got drink that even MICHAAEEL wouldn't mind. Earthy, gingery and a brilliant red (courtesy of the beet juice), this cocktail is a sure-fire hit for the Dwight/Jim fan in your life.

Ingredients

2 oz Broken Shed Vodka
0.75 oz ginger simple syrup
0.75 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz organic beet juice
Ginger ale
Garnish: candied ginger

Directions

Shake everything (except the ginger ale) over ice, then double strain into a double rocks glass filled with ice. Top with ginger ale and garnish with candied ginger.
