  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • Dry champagne
  • Garnish: 1 lemon twist

Directions

Shake everything (except the champagne) over ice, then double strain into a flute. Top with champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
