For something a bit different, give this dill-infused Broken Shed a go. Herbaceous and bright, this infusion is deliciously fresh and pairs well with cold-smoked New Zealand salmon.
28 g fresh baby dill
500 ml Broken Shed Vodka
Add the baby dill to a glass container. Cover with Broken Shed Vodka and let sit at room temperature for 1 day. Strain through a cheesecloth-lined sieve. Serve neat alongside some cold smoked New Zealand salmon.
