Shaken InfusedPineapple Vodka
Cut the pineapple into cubes and place in a glass container. Cover with Broken Shed Vodka and let sit at room temperature for 7 days. Strain back into your original bottle, and store in the fridge for up to two weeks.
Short shake all the ingredients with 3 ice cubes, then strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with the pineapple wedge and serve with a straw.
