ShakenCinnamon Apple Infused Simple Syrup
Add the water, apples, and cinnamon to a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes, then strain the liquid through a fine mesh sieve. Bring the water back to a boil, add sugar, and stir until dissolved. Allow to cool, then store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
Short shake everything (except the club soda) with 3 ice cubes, then double strain into a glass filled with ice.
Top with club soda and a grapefruit wedge.
