Infused Simple Syrup

Looking to take your homemade cocktails a step further? Infusing simple syrup is the perfect way to add subtle flavour to any cocktail and a vibrant colour.

When it comes to making infused simple syrup, we recommend starting off by only making as much as you intend to use in your recipes. It does have a slightly shorter shelf life in the fridge compared to simple syrup, typically, up to two weeks.

Making a simple syrup infusion does take a bit of extra time. But trust us, it's worth it! Luckily, we have a variety of infusions and cocktail recipes to suit depending on what you're in the mood for.

Cheers, and enjoy experimenting.

  4. Using a sieve, pour the syrup into a jar and seal.
  5. Keep refrigerated. This syrup should be used within two weeks.
