No—you're not dreaming, yes—you read that right. Bacon. Infused. Vodka. As you might expect, this unique infusion is smokey and savoury, beginning with notes of bacon but finishing with Broken Shed's crisp, clean taste.

  • 1 oz rendered hickory-smoked bacon fat
  • 500 ml Broken Shed Vodka

Directions

Add ingredients into a glass container that will fit comfortably in your freezer. Let sit at room temperature for 12 hours, then freeze overnight. In the morning, poke a hole through the frozen bacon fat, strain the crystal-clear vodka through a cheesecloth-lined sieve, and store in the refrigerator. Enjoy neat alongside some carbonara-inspired Devilled Eggs.
