1.5 oz Broken Shed Vodka
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.25 oz simple syrup
Garnish: 1 lemon twist
Directions
Add ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and double strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Lemon Shed (Freezer Bar Version)
Makes 6 Cocktails
Planning a cocktail party? To a 750 ml glass bottle that will fit comfortably in your freezer, add:
14 oz (1.75 cups) Broken Shed Vodka
4 oz (1/2 cup) simple syrup
4 oz (1/2 cup) orange liqueur
4 oz (1/2 cup) lemon juice
Seal the bottle, turn it a few times to incorporate the ingredients, and store in your freezer for at least 3 hours before serving.
To serve, finely grate lemon zest, mixing with equal parts zest and white sugar in a saucer. Dampen the rim of a chilled martini glass, and cover the rim in the sugary, zesty mixture.
Pour 3.5 oz into the chilled martini glass, and garnish with a slice of lemon.
