Why eat a cookie when you can drink one? Recapture the rich and decadent flavour of a delicious oatmeal raisin cookie with this airy and luscious raisin-infused vodka cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz raisin-infused Broken Shed Vodka (recipe follows)
  • 1 oz oat milk
  • 0.25 oz cinnamon syrup
  • 0.25 oz vanilla liqueur
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 pinch kosher salt

Oatmeal Raisin Vodka

  • 150 g sun-dried raisins
  • 750 ml Broken Shed Vodka

Add the raisins to a glass container, cover with Broken Shed Vodka, and let sit at room temperature for 2 days, stirring occasionally. Strain back into your original bottle through a cheesecloth-lined sieve, and store in the fridge for up to two weeks.

Directions

Dry shake all the ingredients, then shake again with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe. No garnish.
